Press Release – Snowden Lane Partners To Double Manhattan Footprint With Move To New Corporate Headquarters

April 2015

NEW YORK, April 13, 2015 – Snowden Lane Partners, an independent, advisor-owned, wealth advisory
firm dedicated to providing client-focused advice in a values-driven culture, today announced the
company will relocate its Manhattan headquarters to a newly designed, larger space at 540 Madison
Avenue. The move will be effective August 2015.
According to Snowden Lane’s Managing Partner and CEO, Rob Mooney, the move was necessitated by the
company’s growth and the expectation that additional advisor teams will join the firm in its New
York headquarters.
“Our new space is a reflection both of our past and our future,” Mooney said. “For all practical
purposes, our rapid growth has made the move necessary, but we’re also highly focused on the
future. Our business model has struck a chord with advisors nationwide, and we are seeing very
strong interest in the New York market from teams eager to join our franchise. The bigger space
will enable us to accommodate more advisors than is currently possible.”
The new headquarters more than doubles the size of Snowden Lane’s existing office. According to
Greg Franks, Snowden Lane’s Managing Partner and President, the office will have an open and
contemporary feel. “We are creating an environment that is very different from the wirehouses –
more modern, open and more entrepreneurial.” The new space is being designed by Aref & Associates
Design Studios, from El Segundo, CA, who were responsible for the design of Snowden Lane’s showcase
Pasadena office.
The firm’s current New York office has been located at 660 Madison Avenue. Mooney said it was
important for Snowden Lane to maintain its strong presence in New York, an area that is central for
many clients and wealth advisors.
