imageLarry Barocas, CPWA®, CRPS® Senior Partner, Managing DirectorLarry is a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Snowden Lane Partners, where he provides advisory, brokerage and investment management services to Snowden Lane’s wealth advisory clients. He joined Snowden Lane from Merrill Lynch where he served high net worth individuals, families and non-profits. Specializing in complex generational and executive planning, Larry has many client who are concerned with concentrated stock positions, closely held businesses, philanthropy and how this affects current and future generations. Larry’s prior background as a tax attorney helps guide his clients to the correct professionals and often leads to a creative solution benefiting the client. Larry holds a law degree, but has a Certificate from the Yale School of Management in Behavioral Economics, The University of Chicago, Booth School in Asset Allocation Theory and another from UC Davis School of Gerontology in Gerontology and Aging. Globalization is a key theme of the Strategic Management Group, as Larry has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and Central America and believes that understanding other cultures and economic climates is essential to success to investing in today’s economy. Larry was a Senior Economic Advisor for the United Nations Economic Development Programme. Each client is presented with their own customized solution based upon their needs. Larry holds the Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 and Series 31. He lives in San Antonio, Texas with his two children. Larry is a past Board Member of the Blue Star Contemporary Art Museum and current serves on the Board of the Lonestar Art Alliance.
