Jessy S. Mogro

Partner, Managing Director
Jessy S. Mogro is a Partner, Managing Director at Snowden Lane Partners and founding team member of the OSM Global Wealth Management Group. She has over three decades of experience in the financial service industry specializing in wealth management to high net worth international clients.

Jessy has been able to develop comprehensive strategies to help meet her client’s unique investment goals and objectives. Helping them to grow and protect their wealth is her commitment as well as delivering consistent and top of the line personalized service.

Prior to joining Snowden Lane Partners, Jessy was a Private Wealth Financial Advisor at the International Private Client Service Group at Wells Fargo Advisors, New York catering to domestic and international clients mainly in Latin America and Europe where she provided high-net-worth clients with strategic long-term investment guidance.

In 1990, Jessy began her career at JPMorgan Chase Bank, formerly Chemical Bank, in the International Private Banking and in the Retail Group. She gained extensive experience in sales where she held several positions. After 15 years, she transitioned to brokerage services and became a financial advisor.

Jessy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in International Marketing at Baruch College, City University of New York. She holds Series 7, 63, 65 and Life & Health Insurance licenses.

Jessy grew up in New York City where she continues to reside and spends quality time with her family.

Jorge Silva, CFP®

Senior Partner, Managing Director
Jorge Silva is a Senior Partner, Managing Director at Snowden Lane Partners and founding team member of the OSM Global Wealth Management Group. He began his career in financial services in 1994 with Pacific Life Insurance Company in Newport Beach, California. He serviced and marketed their suite of variable annuities to financial advisors located in the southeast and Florida. He obtained the required licensing with the series 7 & 63. At Pacific Life he was exposed to the many facets of financial services, including client service and marketing, global markets and relationship building. He was hooked and realized a career in financial services was the path to follow. Over the past 27 years Jorge has gained extensive knowledge and experience of capital markets, banking and wealth management.

Jorge has dedicated the last 14 years to advising individual clients, families and businesses in accumulating and managing wealth. He brings his experiences as an international advisor to an affluent clientele residing domestically and abroad. Most recently Jorge was a Private Client Advisor in the New York office of Wells Fargo Advisors since 2018. Prior to arriving at Wells Fargo, Jorge was with JP Morgan Securities in their International Financial Services division since 2009. He began his financial advising career with Merrill Lynch through their Paths of Achievement training program.

Above all Jorge values and appreciates the relationships forged with his clients. He understands that if all decisions are guided in their best interests everything else will fall into place.

In 2007 Jorge obtained an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Fordham University. Later that year he sat for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) exam and obtained the designation in January 2008.

Jorge was born in Mexico and grew up in southern California. He moved to New York City 15 years ago and now resides in Westchester. He’s a passionate supporter of the cultural arts and donates to many worthwhile causes. Jorge enjoys traveling with family and friends, hiking, cycling and will admit to being an active political news follower.

Joe Oliveira

Senior Partner, Managing Director
Joe Oliveira is a Senior Partner, Managing Director at Snowden Lane Partners and founding team member of the OSM Global Wealth Management Group. As a 21 year veteran of the financial industry, Joe utilizes the consultative approach to portfolio design focusing on each individual client’s investment need and tolerance for risk.

Joe immigrated from Portugal in 1970 and became a United States citizen in 1985. He graduated from Daniel Webster College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Management. Joe began his professional career with Eastern Airlines and Continental Airlines Sales. Wanting to continue his professional growth, Joe became a crude oil ship broker. He worked with some of the world’s largest energy producers in Brazil, Venezuela and the United States.

Joe started his financial career in 2000, obtaining his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses at Paine Webber/UBS. He then continued his career in finance at JP Morgan, focusing on domestic and non-resident wealth management. As an International Financial Advisor, Joe traveled extensively to Latin America and Europe and developed strong knowledge of the international markets and the specific needs of the non-resident clients. Most recently, Joe served as a Vice President, Senior Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors where he continued to develop his skills.

Joe’s consultative approach to wealth management positions the client and their financial needs first and foremost. This collaborative approach to portfolio design results in highly tailored investment solutions. While the markets have rewarded long term investors, strategic and tactical allocations at opportunistic points can help reduce risk and better position portfolios for the long term. Consulting with clients at these key inflection points keeps the client and the advisor focused on their long-term goals.

Joe Oliveira is a married father of two and a longtime resident of Watchung, New Jersey. He enjoys travelling, sports, spending time with family and appreciating all of God’s blessings. On occasion, he has been known to frustrate himself playing golf.

Ana Paula O’Keefe

Senior Registered Client Relationship Manager
Ana Paula is a Senior Registered Client Relationship Manager possessing in-depth knowledge of the wealth management industry and private banking management services to ultra-high net worth families with large, complex investment portfolios and financial planning.

Over 15 years ago, she started her professional career as Client Assistant for JPMorgan International Private Bank in New York where she obtained her FINRA Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66. She collaborated actively with top producers in maintaining and acquiring client relationships focusing on the Brazilian ultra-high net worth clients and their family businesses through Investment Bank capabilities as well.

In 2005, she joined UBS International Financial Private Bank in New York as a Senior Client Advisor and an Authorized Officer. Years later she played a key role as UBS-Pactual Brazil Business Manager, responsible for the management of over $800MM in assets. As the main liaison between UBS and the Pactual team in Brazil, she contributed to the successful management programs targeted to highly sophisticate clientele with innovative strategies of products and services including structured notes, private equity and portfolios management.

In 2014, she rejoined JPMorgan as a Financial Advisor Assistant at International Financial Services (IFS) New York. She supported a group of well experienced Financial Advisors with a large Latin American client base. She forged a strong client-advisor relationship that included client acquisition efforts through referrals and cross-sales opportunities. During her tenure at IFS she obtained her Insurance Licensing. In 2018, she joined Wells Fargo Advisors in New York as an International Senior Registered Client Associate along with Financial Advisors peers. She promptly conducted extensive tasks Durant the transition of several key relationships effectively.

Ana Paula was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she graduated with a B.A. in Architecture and Urban Planning. She moved to New York in 1993 and joined the financial industry. She holds several certifications from NYU in Investment Banking, Portfolio Management, Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis. She is well-skilled in interacting with clients and, during her tenure at JPMorgan and UBS Financial, she constantly received rewards for top performance.

Ana Paula enjoys spending time with her family, which includes two dogs, traveling and strolling through the city. She loves opera, art exhibitions, spending time with her friends and following sport evets, such as tennis and football. She is a great supporter of animal shelters and Cure for Cancer.
