The Annual Ranking Recognizes Top Independent RIA Firms

The list recognizes and ranks the top independent RIA firms across the U.S.

The Barron’s Top 100 RIA Firms List is published by Barron’s each year in September to shine a spotlight on the nation’s best independent advisory firms, with an eye towards raising standards in the industry. To be eligible, firms are required to fill out an 86-question survey about their practice, including firm assets, revenue, quality of practice, technology spending, staff diversity and succession planning. Firms needed to be registered with the SEC, have a minimum of $1 billion in assets under management, and primarily serve private-wealth clients.
