Arnaldo Rego Partner, Managing DirectorArnaldo joined Snowden Lane Partners in 2019 and has over 35 years of experience working with high net worth individuals, corporate executives and successful business owners in order to help them achieve their investment goals by utilizing his extensive knowledge of the equity and fixed income capital markets, especially emerging markets bonds. Arnaldo started his career with Banco Banorte in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1972. In 1991 he moved to Miami to manage an offshore bank owned by the shareholders of the Banco Banorte. In 1996 he joined Banco Rural in Miami to help develop their international business, and in 1997 he joined Prudential Securities International (which later merged into Wachovia and eventually Wells Fargo). In 2010 he joined Merrill Lynch where he was primarily focused on providing financial advice to South American clients. Arnaldo graduated from Faculdade Metropolitana Unidas (FMU) in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1972, where obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and the University of Westminster in London, England, in 1976, where he obtained a degree in business studies. He is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and holds several licenses, including Series 7, Series 66 and life insurance license. Arnaldo enjoys spending his spare time with his family, at the beach, paddle boarding, playing golf and riding his motorcycle.
