Dave Woolford Partner, Managing DirectorDave is a Partner and Managing Director at Snowden Lane with over 25 years of experience as a financial advisor. He specializes in assisting high net worth individuals and corporate executives to achieve their financial objectives through execution of sophisticated transactions, including Rule 144, risk management strategies and construction of portfolios with an emphasis on wealth preservation. He has extensive experience working with corporate executives on their most complex financial needs, including private equity and tactical investing.

Dave has a degree in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University and earned his MBA from Loyola University Baltimore. Before Snowden Lane, he worked at JPMorgan Securities and Alex Brown and Sons. Married 25 years, Dave and his wife reside in Phoenix, Md. Their daughter recently graduated from University of Maryland. Dave enjoys golf and building furniture out of reclaimed wood as a hobby.
