Doug Gill Partner and Managing DirectorDoug is a Partner and Managing Director. He joined Snowden Lane from an Independent RIA he founded, FullArc. Doug advises a select group of entrepreneurs, families, and foundations on asset allocation, investment management, and all aspects of generational wealth planning and philanthropy. Prior to FullArc Doug spent 17 years as a Private Wealth Advisor in the Investment Management Divisions of Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Prior to that Doug was an institutional trader for 20 years, managing risk capital in bonds and currencies in London, Paris, Tokyo, and New York.

Doug earned a BA in Political Economy from Williams College and graduated from the Woodberry Forest School in Orange, Virginia. Doug grew up in Cambridge, on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and now lives with his family in Bethesda, Maryland.

Doug is passionate about social impact enterprises and enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs at the Halcyon Social Impact Incubator in Washington, DC. He is a member of the Chesapeake College Foundation Board, and is a patient care volunteer at DC Children’s National Hospital.
