Paula Oddone Partner, Managing DirectorPaula began a distinguished career in finance as a broker trainee at Prudential New York in 1992. Demonstrating a keen aptitude for the industry, Paula transitioned to Oppenheimer & Co. in 1993, where she worked as a sales assistant and in trading, gaining valuable hands-on experience in market operations.

In 1994, Paula joined PaineWebber as a junior partner, a role she held until 1998. During this period, she honed her skills in client relations and investment strategies, contributing significantly to the firm's success.

Following her tenure at PaineWebber, Paula moved to Prudential Securities in Miami as an institutional financial advisor. Where she focused on targeting middle markets, providing expert guidance and building a robust client base in both institutional and high network families. This role continued through the firm's transitions, first to Wachovia Securities and then to Wells Fargo Advisors following acquisitions.

In 2021, with Wells Fargo closing its international operations, Paula seized the opportunity to join Snowden Lane Partners as a partner and managing director. At Snowden Lane Partners, she continues to leverage her extensive experience and deep industry knowledge, along with the SL investment solutions team to deliver exceptional financial advisory services to a diverse clientele.
