Mark began his career as a financial advisor in 1987. He is a Senior Partner and Managing Director with Snowden Lane and focuses on investment planning and retirement income. In 2001, Mark partnered with Leah Mills Eller to form the Hogan Eller Group. Their combined skills and style provide investment guidance to individuals and families.

Mark graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, served 6 years on active duty as an Army Infantry Officer and 22 more as an Army Reserve Officer. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and holds the Series 7, 63, 65, and 31 registrations as well as Group I Life and Health Insurance license.

Mark grew up in Clyde, Texas and has lived in San Antonio since 1999 with his wife Lydia. They have 3 children – Jessica, Joshua, and Jordan – and 4 grandchildren – Violet, Hunter, Beckett, and Vander. Mark enjoys golfing, reading, photography, and traveling. He is a Sunday school teacher at Mission City Church, a past Board Member of the West Point Society of South Texas, and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Southern Baptist of Texas Convention.

Leah has been in the financial services industry since 1999. Leah is a Partner and Managing Director with Snowden Lane and focuses on investment planning and asset allocation. In 2001, Leah partnered with Mark Hogan to form the Hogan Eller Group. Their combined skills and style provide investment guidance to individuals and families. Leah graduated from college in Arkansas in 2000 and obtained her MBA from Texas A&M, majoring in finance. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and 31 registrations as well as a Group I Life and Health Insurance license. Leah grew up in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and has lived in San Antonio since 2000. Leah enjoys traveling, tennis, golf, running, working out, and spending time with friends and family. Leah and her husband Jim have two children – Riggs and Rory. Leah is a Ministry Partner at Mission City Church.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Pam strives to ensure that our clients’ administrative, trading and operational needs are handled accurately and efficiently. As a Senior Registered Client Relationship manager, she handles the day-to-day maintenance of accounts, to include new account opening, transfers of assets, and any questions or issues relating to the administration and servicing of accounts. Pam also helps plan and coordinate client events and seminars. Her wealth of knowledge in compliance and attention to detail is instrumental in our continued relationships and to the success of our team. Pam graduated from St. Mary’s University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing. She currently holds the Series 7, Series 63, and Group I Insurance license. Pam and her husband Mike have been married for 17 years. They enjoy good times with friends and family, traveling, boating, fishing and live music. Their favorite places to travel include Zihuatanejo, Mexico, Nashville, and New York City.

Josh started his career in the financial services industry in 2014. He currently is an Investment and Planning Analyst for the Hogan Eller Group. Josh focuses on retirement planning analysis, investment research, and maintaining technology systems for the team.

Josh graduated from Wayland Baptist University in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration. He currently holds the Series 7 and 66 registrations and a Life and Health Insurance license.

Josh has lived in San Antonio since 1999 and his wife Alysse was born and raised in San Antonio. They have four beautiful children, Violet, Hunter, Beckett, and Vander. Josh enjoys watching sports, esports, movies, and spending time with his friends and family.
